All round amazing tea house. Tons of tea options, best sandwich I've had from a restaurant, and the atmosphere is so cute. Everything is fairly cheap, unlikely a lot of similar sized cafes. Highly recommend visiting. Great spot to work or study, lots of seating.

The tea, the food, and the atmosphere. This place gets a home run. Only negative is that this place isn't in my home town because I'd be a VERY frequent patron. I got an everything bagel breakfast sandwich and it was exquisite. The seating is cozy and warm with games, books, and coloring available during your visit. Can't recommend this place any higher ?

If you like tea in any capacity, you need to be getting it from this place. They sell loose leaf teas with a flavor selection that will make you sweat the first time you see it, haha 😄 😆.
I personally think their grilled cheese is one of the best I've ever had. They let you add toppings to it, so I usually add spinach and tomato to mine. Its always hot as lava but I've definitely hafafasha'd...
