We’ve been ordering from this dominos for like 3-4 years, pretty consistently. My boyfriend and I have different accounts but it’s to the same address… within the last month or so, 4 maybe 5 times we’ve ordered it’s been screwed up… I am completely understanding that they can be understaffed and it’s hard to drive in bad weather… but that has nothing to do with what I’m paying for. I’ve been letting it go mostly but tonight was the 2nd time I had to call and say something. I ordered (with tip) $42 worth of food - this time. But this is getting pretty irritating and especially when you do actually call, the guy you’re talking to has an attitude.

These people work hard! I sat and watched the assembly line for 20 minutes waiting for my pizza. The algorithm that the AI puts out as far a timing, is unrealistic and way far fetched. I'm not complaining, but sort of complaining... The app that I ordered thru changed my time for pick up, from 28 minutes to 45 minutes, and itvwas actually an hour before I got my pizzas. However, in that time I waited, I watched the guy who stretched the dough, the guy who put on the sauce and cheese, the lady who placed the toppings (didn't just throw them on), and the person put it in the oven. Even though it took way longer to receive my pizza, I'm glad I got to see why it took extra time, they were BUSY! I think everyone should see the process and know that everyone is working as hard as they can possibly work.

While a lot of people complain about Domino's I personally feel like Winona's Domino's is a step above. The pizza is always hot and tasty and the delivery is fast and friendly. Highly recommend Domino's pizza in Winona

Ordered pizza for delivery. Five minutes later the manager called me and told me the store was closed because it was too hot outside? It was 9:00pm and the temperature outside was 85 degrees?
I called to order carry out and someone who barely spoke English answered, they got the order completely wrong too. I could barely make out a word this individual said-the one who took the order over the phone. That was ridiculous and it was not the first time too.

I placed my order in 50 minutes before they closed for delivery, they sat on my pizza for the whole 50 minutes and then denied my order due to "store being closed"
