So I’ve ordered many o’ times from yee fine establishment. This time I had to leave a review. Above and BEYOND customer service. Ordered a sandwich (Flash) chips (salt & vinegar of course) and a drink. Wrote the name “NickyPoo” on the order for my cute handsome lil ol’ boyfriend of mine. He opened the bag, grabbed his sandwich and was baffled how I wrote that so fast. 10/10 customer service for helping me get my boyfriend with a goofy lil name. They also added a little <3 heart for an extra special touch. Delivery gentleman was fantastic aswell. Rain or snow- Erbs n Gerbs got you.
Also did you know the VP of Erbert and Gerbert’s went to college and got a Dinosaur degree? (Archaeology or something)
If you NEED good food fast - hit up Erb and Gerb because they Have Never Let me down. I have ordered to the grain elevator pod office, out in the field, etc. Erb and Gerb will get it to you as quick as humanly possible

We ordered delivery and one item of our order was missing. We called the shop and I expected them to just refund us. But instead they offered to send the item out for delivery within minutes! They even included a cookie to say sorry! So kind and very helpful! Our food was good too! I love having a safe gluten free option in town. Thanks so much!

My Erbert and Gerbert sandwich was disgusting. Not a lot of meat, bread was falling apart and soggy. Didn't taste fresh, I had premade sandwiches that tasted better and it had way too much mayo. It was repulsive eating I just threw it away. My first and last time eating here. Plus it is super small for the price so never again!! I only have a star for the driver.
We haven't been here for 15 years since our son graduated from the university. They have expanded but the subs are just as good.

Went there tonight for the first time and witnessed the owner berating an employee for absolutely no reason at all as the employee was helping me. As my family and I were eating he started in again, It was clear the employee did nothing to deserve such treatment. I will NEVER eat there again.

Literally just watched one of their drivers throw a bunch of trash out of their car as they drove by my house. Now I keep to pick up this dudes trash off my yard. If you’re going to be a POS don’t do it with your delivery driver roof thingy on your car.
