My Erbert and Gerbert sandwich was disgusting. Not a lot of meat, bread was falling apart and soggy. Didn't taste fresh, I had premade sandwiches that tasted better and it had way too much mayo. It was repulsive eating I just threw it away. My first and last time eating here. Plus it is super small for the price so never again!! I only have a star for the driver.
We haven't been here for 15 years since our son graduated from the university. They have expanded but the subs are just as good.

Went there tonight for the first time and witnessed the owner berating an employee for absolutely no reason at all as the employee was helping me. As my family and I were eating he started in again, It was clear the employee did nothing to deserve such treatment. I will NEVER eat there again.

Literally just watched one of their drivers throw a bunch of trash out of their car as they drove by my house. Now I keep to pick up this dudes trash off my yard. If you’re going to be a POS don’t do it with your delivery driver roof thingy on your car.

Does the king respond? Those replies to one-star reviews are epic, I wish I could be read to filth but I have no complaints. Anyway, food’s good. Messed up my order once. I called and they were cool about it, made me a new sandwich. Thanks for being open so late when everything else closes at 8 😂

The manager Courtney was so helpful I wasn't sure what soup to order and she suggested the chicken dumpling soup! It was delicious!!! And the two kids making sandwiches Elijah and Mindi were so cheerful and positive! My sandwich was delicious as well! Definitely going to be a returning customer!!

Order was incorrect. Called down to the store, ended up speaking with the owner Nate. Could not believe that was the owner. He spoke like a 12 year old brat. If you treat customers like that you will have none left. Better sandwich places to choose from in Winona….Acoustic, Beno’s, & Winona Sandwich co.

I ordered the titan today with avocado, to-go. I got home and noticed they did not add avocado but charged me $1 extra for it :( I understand mistakes happen sometimes but they need to be more attentive to what you order, especially when it costs extra

Rip off. Seriously charging $11 for a Northern Cheese steak sandwich with only small smear of ingredients on the bread. Luckily they gave me a refund. Skip it and go somewhere else.
