I went thru the reviews and figured I'd give a shot. I liked most everything about the foods I chose. Veggies..white sauce, sesame chicken, and fried rice. No dining in, so grab and go, which is fine. Cashier was the one who had taken my call and cashed me out. Very nice to answer my questions, etc. I will be going back.
I’ve never had a bad meal here. Love the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Mongolian Beef, chicken with vegetables, sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup and they have the best crab rangoons with the best sweet and sour sauce. They are take out only, very quick.

I admit we had forgotten how tasty fresh cooked to order Chinese food is. Had egg drop soup, a kid's chicken, Moo Goo Gai Pan and veg fried rice. Everything tasted individually as it should. It has become easy to stop at Hy-chi. That has it's place; in a pinch. Seriously though, it's a 2 minute drive to GC from HV. Simply planning just a few minutes in advance, you are guaranteed...
