Our waitress, Charlie, was great. She was very happy, nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the food came out cold. They did take it back and heat it up again and manager was apologetic. They did what they could to remedy the situation.

Went there on sat night. four people. waited for 20 minutes for waitress walking by us. Did not even stop and say i will be with you in a few minutes. Finally she stopped and took drink orders. Brought drinks about 10 minutes later, ordered food plus appetizers before meal. Waited 45 minutes. Reminded waitress that we ordered chips and salsa, Said she would bring. next thing brought was our food. we cancelled chips as our meals were here. All the french fries were cold to the touch. burgers were cold inside, chicken was slimmey and not done. blood running out of the wings plus the chips with the burger were soggy. I told the watress about it. she took the fries and recooked them. I told her the rest of the food was cold and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager came out, I explained the situation and asked what happened to ground round as we have been going there for years in the past. She just shrugged, said it was the new help, voided our bill and told us to go somewhere else. Well in my mind that was a slap in the face, A manager should have taken control of the situation, reorded the food and followed through that it was delivered hot and cooked. She did not do any of the above. Very sad that a place of that caliber has dropped down to a place without value. Where is the owner?????

The driest burger I have ever had in my life. I would not recommend.
The food itself is mediocre. The burgers are cooked well, but the quality of meat and lack of seasoning leave something to be desired. We were a party of 10 and when the food came out, they brought all but my youngest daughters kid's meal and told us then that pasta was not available for dinner. She had to wait another 15 minutes for her food to come out.

My friend and I were there for lunch yesterday and it was terrible we both ordered the French onion soup and the club sandwich My side was fries and hers was sweet potato fries and no lettuce on her club the waitress brings out my soup and forgot to order my friend’s so she goes back and orders it comes out with our meal my friends club had hamburger on it which she doesn’t eat an d lettuce which she didn’t want so the waitress takes back her sandwich to remake ten minutes later she brings the plate back and the soup the fries were cold and the cook took the hamburger off the sandwich then puts it back together how gross now she has a cold sandwich with hamburger juice soaked in the bread nasty she mentions it to the waitress and she says what do you want me to do seriously you take it off the bill

Awful. Expressive and the Waitress that was being trained in, was being trained in wrong. No Waters brought out and when they finally did oh, there were no straws with them. Wanted a chicken Caesar salad oh, but they didn't have one. I asked if I could order Garden salad with chicken in it. They said the garden salads were pretty small, so I decided to get 2. Well the truth was, that they were pretty big oh, so a waste of money, because I couldn't eat the other salad.
