Today, KFC was amazing! Clean, Fast service, and food was so so yummy. Josh, Damien and Amy kicked butt!! Even while some creepy guy was taking photos of them! I asked him why he was doing that and he said he was minding his own business. The place was clean and super fast service. I ordered a huge family meal and it was done in 4 min. I love these guys!

Look, the food here is perfectly palatable when you can get it. Generally I like KFC as a chain. But I wanted to highlight this KFC because they have an amazing, seemingly psychic ability to be out of whatever it is that I want that day. I have been out there a couple hours before closing and they would tell me they were out of chicken. A KFC out of chicken. Think about that. This happened not once but multiple times. The few times I've been inside I've see trash on the floor in the kitchen and general grime. Service ranges from neutral to just plain sulky. They desperately need better management and supply.

I ordered coleslaw while waiting for my door Dasch orders, there were two other gentlemen in the lobby waiting for food I waited for a half hour for doordash meanwhile they told me there was no coleslaw ready and I already paid for my coleslaw then a guy got his order it was missing things turns out it was the other guys in the lobbies order after the first guy who dug through the bag the worker took the bag back in the kitchen added stuff to it then come out and said oh well that wasn't your order and gave it to the other man in the lobby who ordered after the first guy that guy sat there the first guy for another 15 minutes meanwhile I canceled one of the door dashes because the wait was too long then I had to come back to get my coleslaw that I already paid for because the kid didn't know how to do a refund meanwhile the third person walks in and doesn't get waited on for 10 minutes during all this who knows how long she waited the lobbies dirty when you look in the back from the front counter there's garbage all over the floor while these guys who are working back there are friendly and smiley they can't seem to get it together there's been reports on numerous numerous occasions from customers that I deliver doordash to that things are missing from their food like biscuits corn potatoes chicken you name it and their wait time is always quite a bit and if you come in and you want to just order at the register you're lucky to get somebody to notice you to help you because these kids just sit in the back and do whatever they do the thing with kiosk ordering your front counter is not getting paid attention to and employees on the night shift at KFC in Winona well quite frankly they need to get their crap together you're making the Winona KFC restaurant look horribly bad

Food is alright, but wish they would've asked if I wanted them crispy or original and what I wanted to drink, granted on me, but when I pulled up they where already acting weird towards me, I was just tired and got a deal they suggested, asked for a receipt, didn't receive it at any point. I understand being kids at a fast food place and not getting paid enough to deal with what you do but doesn't give them the right to always act this way, everytime I wanna come back, I'm always reminded why I usually don't. Wedges pretty good tho. Edit: Mashed potatoes had corn bits in them. I didn't get nor order corn.
This has to be the absolute worst ktc I have ever ordered from. I place a order and showed up to pick it up and there was no one upfront and I could see people walking around in the back looking at me and ignoring me. Finally some came to to front after about 5-10 minutes of me standing there and I gave them the name for my order he handled me a bag with some food in it and my order tag on it but not a single item was what I ordered after I checked the bag he finally walk back by and I said this isn't what I ordered then he grabbed the bag and walked away and then about 20 minutes later he comes back with a large paper bag and just throw a bunch of sauces in the bag not even what I selected and the amount. So again I checked the bag and the food was there but no silver wear or napkins at all in the bag. And the food was ok but the 12 pc nuggets I got all but maybe one was completely petrified and not edible. If there was another KFC with an hour of my home I would go somewhere else this place is trash
