First we stood at the front for about 10 minutes listening to the kid’s “working” in the back cuss at each other, after about 5 minutes we got a “I’ll be there in a minute” 5 minutes later, one of the teenage potty mouths appeared to take our order. (We were the only customers, inside or drive thru). We ordered 3 famous bowls to go. I’m not sure if was these boys’ first day but they were the saddest, most horrible bowls I’ve ever gotten from KFC!! The bowls were MAYBE half full, no popcorn chicken, instead 1 ripped apart chicken tender, a couple kernels of corn, very little gravy and no cheese!!!! I would have went and asked for a refund, but given the above stated, there really wasn’t anyone of authority on premises or that would have listened and gave a crap. What happened to KFC? We will not be back.

KFC Winona do better!!! I was in the drive through and was asked if I wanted to try the special I politely said no thank you and proceeded to order. Stating what I would like. The kid taking my order said they didn’t have enough chicken to do the order. I was kind of confused and said I don’t understand. So he started yelling at me so loud his mic was distorting. So I drove through and went inside and proceeded to tell him that he should never talk to customers like that. His response was I didn’t stutter.
I truly hope you are proud of the way you treat people.

Pulled up to intercom and the employee let out a big belch, took our order pulled over to check our food....Our meals had no fries or biscuits went back through drive thru and he told me they were out , so why charge meal price ,no fries or biscuit? got some mashed and gravy and left......We also ordered two bowls and strips which tasted like crap contacted corporate office still waiting 40$$$ down the drain

Had not had KFC in years so we stopped without doing any on-line research. MISTAKE. Food was cold when we it arrived and server disappeared into the back so quickly we could not tell them. If you need fast food avoid this place.

They will only give you a sauce half the time you ask for it. They will NEVER ask which you want. Most of the time they will not even give you the ones you ask for unless you check your bag and ask for it again.
