2 burgers 2 fries and 2 pops were 40 dollars with the 10%. If the food was perfect I wouldn't have had a problem but my burger was dry and over cooked half my fries were hard. The root beer was exquisite though. It would have not bothered me near as much if it wasn't more than a sit down establishment for food that I'd expect at a family reunion cook out. The service was nice but the prices are obsurd.

Great malts, delicious burgers and fries, and the house made rootbeer is so good! Service has been good every time I've gone.
I paid 33$ for 2 1/2LB burgers that tasted like Mac Donald’s. Save your money and just go eat cheap fast food for cheap

Honestly really disappointed in this place. Was about to leave it a 3 star review but that turned into one star once I realized my gluten free bun wasn’t actually GF, which resulted in a bunch of health issues afterwards. The burger also tasted exactly like a McDonalds burger, but was way pricier. The fries tasted like cardboard, had no salt or anything on them. And the customer service wasn’t good either. We weren’t told ahead of time that it was going to be a 30+ minute wait because of a large group ahead of us, and they just weren’t very friendly. I don’t expect amazing quality from a little drive in, but this was so disappointing. I’m also aware there are risks with gluten while eating out, but don’t offer GF buns if you aren’t going to take it seriously.

Absolutely excellent. If I lived any closer you might just catch me on "My 600 Pound Life" in a few months. That chili cheese dog just makes you feel like a kid again, like you can really fully appreciate and enjoy something again. The root beer and the ice cream? Oh baby! Oh baby baby baby! If you do one nice thing for yourself get yourself a root beer float! Gahl dern it! Just let yourself enjoy something! Please!

Great service! We enjoyed cheese burgers -moist and tasty! Fries- cooked just right! And ice cream - they have crunch coat (IYKYK)! Very affordable! I love the trays on the car windows and the frosty root beer!

An honest to goodness drive-in diner! With homemade root beer!! I'm guessing my parents came here back in the day. Opened in 1938!Parking: Car hop came to us the minute we pulled up!
Sit at the counter and enjoy a burger and fries. Reasonable prices, excellent food.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid! The Shrimp basket is the best thing on the menu, but I also like to get the pizza burger when in the mood. Root beer is better than A&W here! Service isn't above and beyond but they are friendly. It's nice they can give college kids a local place to work. Place has that great drive in vibe you would expect all while overlooking the lake across the street. Food takes a little while to come out but not to where you are like "umm, where is my food even?" if that makes sense lol. (There is usually 5+ of us probably would be faster on smaller orders)

Very fun little drive-in restaurant in Winona. The food is just fine and reasonably priced - like a high end fast food spot. Where it shines is the service and atmosphere. Great spot if you want a burger and to sit outside on a nice day, and enjoy an excellent home-brewed root beer. Would recommend!

Good, local, and no muss no fuss.We got a 1/2 pound burger and a pork fritter with fries and a chocolate shake. The sandwiches were good, but not much along the way of dressing them, though. Shake was amazing, and I loved seeing Arnold Palmers on their menu, and it was perfect for a hot day.Don't expect bells and whistles, just honest fast foodKid-friendliness: Outside seating only, with kiddie rides.
