I didn’t get a chance to try the food at Lucky’s 13 in Winona, Minnesota, but the drinks were great—well-made and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was exactly my kind of vibe: laid-back, welcoming, and just the right amount of energy. It’s the kind of spot where you can hang out for hours. They’ve got pool and darts, which are always my go-to activities when I’m out. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Great spot for a casual night out in Winona—worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Great bar here in downtown Winona. Lots of daily events, good prices, and nice staff. Only thing I wish is that they'd hire a few more bartenders because when it's busy, it's very busy.
