Best Bar in America. Cheap and makes great drinks. If the city of Winona was the 2011 Dallas Mavericks, Lucky's would be the Dirk Nowitzki centerpiece of every blackout night.
It's an okay bar. Bartender was pretty decent. Just a really funky smell when you walk in.
