It was clean and quiet. Friendly people and the food was really good 😊 prices could be a little cheaper though. $14 something for two items is way too much. $10 I think is reasonable for what I got.

Literally just went through the drive thru and of course someone forgot to put my nuggets in the bag. I'm done going to this McDonald's for the simple fact I shouldn't have something wrong with my order or something missing from my order. It's EVERY TIME I GO THERE. It's absolutely ridiculous. I worked in fast food. Check the bags. Check the screens to make sure you're making the orders correctly.

10:38 a.m. I had to wait 10 minutes for my burger they made me park and wait they then bring my order out which was missing my fries. I go back in and get them. I take a bite out of my hamburger and it's you can smell the meat it's not done. Never will I go to McDonald's in monona again there were two people sitting down in the back with full of workers I don't know what the problem is but I'm not going back the price I paid for this garbage

Went to order a large fries with a code for $1.29 and a Cone for $2.29. We also wanted a pup cup for a dog and they had no clue what a pup cup was. Then they said our total was 7.29 when on the screen when we were ordering it said 4.29. We asked for a manager and the kid took so long to get someone to help and as we were waiting the guy that had our food was waving our food out the window as if we were the problem?! HORRIBLE service. These kids need more training.

This McDonald's is the worst went in there today and had their manager be the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time never going there again I'll drive 4 miles before going there again and it's right down the street.

2 different times now I've gotten English muffins not toasted. I don't know what's going on in there but you don't serve a soggy wet muffin. They also don't know how to make a frappé, it's always watery. Oh and the lady at the window yelled at me for not taking the receipt.
