Went there it was kind of confusing for what I was asking and it didn't understand and then I ordered deluxe hamburger and I didn't get that I got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich I don't know how he got that with the deluxe quarter pounder and that was hard wasn't hot fries were soggy the drink was good but it hasn't been very good lately when one time before this and order cheeseburgers we got down the road a ways we opened them up there was no meat...

Very good food and very nice employees, I go here about once a week. One time, I had to wait for 10 minutes for my food and the employee was so apologetic and kind and offered me something cheap for free to make up for the wait.

There are three McDonalds in Winona. The one Downtown is tiny and employees seem overworked and uninterested in helping customers. The one on the east end (across from Fleet Farm) also seems to have under-trained employees who often get the orders wrong. This one, on the west side, off Highway 61, has well-trained employees who are efficient and accurate. The food at all three is fine: just what you expect from McDonalds.
