McDonald's is a restaurant with a small location on Main Street in Winona. Although they are a bit slower than usual, the staff is courteous and tries to get orders correct. However, mistakes can occur, but they are not significant enough to deter customers. The drive-through service can be challenging due to the narrow alley and scratchy speaker. Food is standard and meets expectations. On rare occasions, staff members are knowledgeable and efficient, but often seem overworked and bothered by customers. Despite this, the restaurant provides quick service and employees perform their tasks well.
