I have never experienced such bad service like this. Not only did i have to go back inside for my food, but my food was all messed up and out of their packaging. Shame on this location. If i could, i wouldn’t even give them a star.

Very much had the feel of an old school McDonald's from the 80's and early 90's. Pac-Man game, children's area and a Ronald McDonald!! Burger even tasted better and served with a smile! Loved it!

This location screws up my order almost every single time. Mostly on weekends. I always order a big breakfast WITH HOTCAKES and they always forget the hotcakes. Then upon getting home, I notice my big breakfast doesn’t have hotcakes, I get them specifically for my 2 year old who loves them. I drive ALL the way back to the location wait there for 15 mins before even being acknowledged, (mind you this was almost when breakfast was over) so they made me wait there, I couldn’t even get hotcakes for my order because “breakfast was over” how is that my problem? You messed up my order I wanted my hotcakes for my son, now my food is cold. Offering a “refund” won’t do anything when now I get to go home and my son is going to be mad because he doesn’t get his hotcakes. Poor excuse for a store being ran by teenagers, and not acknowledging paying customers for over 15 mins standing at the counter directly looking at you. 🤦🏼♀️
Ordered 2 snack wraps today, one spicy and one ranch, both had too much sauce for the first bite then the rest of each of them had no sauce, very disappointed, usually like to go to McDonald's

Second time I’ve made the SAME order and now the second time they’ve screwed it up the sameee way. I ordered two breakfast burrito meals and I keep only getting one, then when asked why the price changed after I clarify at the window before paying that I have two meals— I don’t understand how I’m still only getting one. Manager is terrible with her attitude and blamed me by saying we didn’t order two of them. We specified more than three times at the window our exact order, asked if everything was in there when given the bag, checked in the bag and was missing the entire meal. Looked at the receipt and it wasn’t even on there despite saying multiple times that we wanted two breakfast burrito meals. I’ve got a newborn and a toddler and sometimes a quick drive through meal is an easier route— I’ll just save my money from now on. The employee taking our order wasn’t even paying attention or looking at us as we asked to make sure our order was correct before being handed the bag, once given the bag the employee turned out and disappeared and that’s when the manager came because we didn’t pull away and tried to think for their attention.

They ALWAYS forget the hotsause. This is the only MC D. You have to check your order before leaving the windows. Staff is friendly but forgetful. :( nothing worse then getting home and having 3 burritos with no sauce.
