Basil Pork Rice Bowl-What an amazing and flavorful dish. I was absolutely impressed with the portion size, ingredients and overall presentation.
Spring Rolls-Also and A+ option.
Pho-The little bit of my girlfriend's that I tried was also top notch.
We cannot wait to go back! The service was absolutely fantastic and welcoming. What a gem to have in Winona.

The pho is amazing on its own, but I appreciate the dishes of chili sauce and garlic as well!

The yellow curry was absolutely incredible and so flavorful!! My husband got the steak, egg and rice bowl and was happy with the amount of steak provided. I also tried the Vietnamese Coffee (sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream) and it was literal perfection. Will absolutely come back and would recommend giving it a go if you’re in town!!

They have an easy way to order online and give an estimated wait time for the food to be done. But you have to go stand in the tiny restaurant and wait because, even if you sign up for notifications when you’re ordering, they still won’t tell you when your order’s ready.
My estimated wait time was 30-45 mins. I still hadn’t gotten any notifications after 55 mins, so I showed up. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had been waiting for a notification.
Food was fresh and tasty, but very small portions for the cost. I paid over $20 for the vermicelli noodle salad with pork and $9 for the spring rolls with pork.

Love the food! For some reason Norvary was under my radar. I regret not knowing about the restaurant sooner! The food I had was spectacular! I ordered the Shrimp and Beef Shank Ramen. It was delicious. I will be back in Winona next month and I will have to order from here again!

Great meal, great people, great experience. I travel all around the country for work, this is a special place. This is my 3rd day in a row eating here on a work trip.

We have been here several times and each time it's changed just a little bit. Still love having the option of different cuisine but it has not been as good as the first few times we dined there.

I was instantly overwhelmed by some kind of candle, cologne or essential oil. It smelled nice, but I could taste it with my food. It gave me a head ache. The drinks were a little expensive but honestly the best part of the lunch.
I ordered a chicken bánh mì. It was okay. The bread seemed a little less than fresh and the toppings were skimpy for a $13 sandwich. My husband got the short rib and jumbo shrimp ramen. The broth was great, but the ramen legit looked and tasted like block ramen. Nothing wrong with it, but the ramen was $18.
It's a really pretty and trendy restaurant. I can tell they take a lot of pride in the decor. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't enjoyable enough of a meal to justify the price. I probably would have enjoyed it better as take out.

I had the pork, its was mid. Ive had better in other asian resturantes. I think it was older meat but still tasty. Other then that nice place, to have a meal.
Unremarkable exterior impeccable interior. Food was perfectly season and well portion and worth the price.

My husband and I finally made it to Norvary after several coworkers couldn’t stop raving about it—and I have to say, they were absolutely right. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The space is cozy and inviting, with a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy our evening.
I ordered the beef pho and my husband got a grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and both were absolutely delicious—so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The broth in the pho was rich and aromatic, and you could really taste the care that went into it. We also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee and a taro boba tea—both were amazing treats that we’ll definitely be back for.
What really impressed us was how clean and thoughtfully run the place is. You can tell the owners truly care about quality and customer experience. I only wish we’d gone sooner!
If you're in Winona and haven’t tried Norvary yet—go! Whether you're new to Vietnamese food or already a fan, it’s a wonderful dining experience.
