Located inside the kryzsko commons building of Winona state university. Delicious food and friendly staff. Parking is tricky if you don’t have a student parking pass. You will have to park on the street and walk a bit.

Love Panda Express but one little suggestion not so much spice in the orange chicken. There needs to be a balance of sweet and spicy. ☺️

The food, fantastic, always enlightened when digging in to some. Although, i did get there a t7:30 and it said it cloed at 7. What a load of....
