Ordered pizza at 3:45 to be picked up at 5:15 prepaid of course. Still waiting here at 5:51 with no idea when it will be done. Terrible service.

They're able to handle a walk-in order with a pick timed for much later.

The food is good but yall need to get your act together I have literally been trying for the last 2 hours to call in an order and no answer not very good for business at all.

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in the way papa murphy’s quality has taken a nosedive. 22 dollars for a family sized pizza and I had to go in and request they actually ADD THE ARTICHOKES to my Gourmet Vegetarian pizza. And when i get home? Skimpy. Skimpy toppings. You used to be able to get a decent amount of toppings on pizzas. I got a single whole artichoke on my pizza. One. The rest are flimsy little bits of it. 22 dollars for the least amount of toppings possible??,? Absolutely not. I used to love getting pizza from this company but I won’t be using my hard earned money on this shrinkflation inspired crap. I feel like i got robbed. So disappointing!!

Totally disappointed. Waited 40 minutes with one customer in front of me. No online orders or drive thru customers. Just plain workers not working and goofing around on the clock. The male worker was the only one out of three to seem to be working. It will be a hot min before I get a pizza here again. I just don’t have the time to do that again. The pizza was still good!

Reviews posted below in the past month are accurate. Poor service and incorrect orders multiple times. Not worth the frustration.

Papa Murphy’s used to be legit, now it’s an absolute joke. Their portion sizes and ingredients are pathetic (at least Chipotle is stepping their game up).

I placed my order at 2:53 PM for a 5:15 PM pickup because I assumed that would be enough time to have it ready. I also ordered some Chocolate chip cookie dough, a 2-liter of Pepsi, and a Family size Mediterranean herb chicken. When I got there the order was not ready, there was no chocolate chip cookie dough available, and no 2-liters left. Who is running this operation?! I asked the guy with the drawl why people are charged for items if the store is currently out of stock? He proceeded to give me a laundry list of excuses.

He stated that he would “let the manager know” that the lady ahead of me and my order would be refunded for the products they were out of. Think I will take this experience to TikTok and hope it goes viral.

I've been reading the reviews. Every point I agree with. Lack of ambition in the staff. The quality of the food has gone down hill. They used to have a pan crust. Now they throw a family crust in a pan and fold over the edges. Last time they didn't even say hello or thank you. I walked in looked around and grabbed my pizza. Lazy, disorganized store. Gives a great pizza place into dread when I pick up my order. When I waited 45 minutes for my pizza the manager on duty yelled at me that pizza is not fast food.

This location has gone downhill compared to the quality of service and the product in the past. Up to 6 weeks ago they were superb. Now there are long wait times even when we order ahead. And tonight we brought home what ended up being the worst pizza in memory. 4 weeks ago I canceled an order after waiting an hour beyond the promised time. My refund has not been processed yet.
