I ordered something through DoorDash here (which is not the first time, by far) however, today was the first time we had issues and I went through the whole thing with DoorDash and made sure that it CLEARLY was not their fault. All of my items are on the receipt from Perkins, however it came in an UNSEALED bag and I was missing an entire burger meal plus 2 drinks, that we did get the straws for, btw. I called Perkins and they tried to shirk it off onto DoorDash saying they couldn't give me a refund or anything and I told them that's not what I'm looking for. I just wanted to know if the restaurant has anything left there that wasn't picked up and they said no and just hung up on me. ....I DID get a refund from DD but that's not the point..... I am extremely disgusted with Perkins and their customer service. They can't tell me that they don't have my items when it's printed on the receipt. 🤬🤦‍♀️🙄

10-25-2024 afternoon came for comfort food gravy for turkey dinner was so salty could not enjoy the meal unless you scraped the gravy off

Confusing is the best word I have to describe my experience with the Winona location of the “new” Perkins. Busy Sunday morning, so service was slow, but even a bit slower than I’d expect, which was a bit disappointing. Portions and prices were solid, and any shrinkage in the size of my omelet was compensated for by the size of my pancakes. The biggest shock, however, came at the end of the meal, when it was revealed that we were charged 3.75 for probably 8 ounces of coffee a piece. That fact ultimately tipped this review into the negative category. Fix the coffee price and the service, and this is easily a four-star location.

I like this place to have some coffee with my coworkers. Tiffany and Cinnamon are the best and I like them so much. The service is so good there and they get my order right every time. Convenient location and very cool.

Vegetarian options: The broccoli and potato options are good.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Don’t ever eat here. Especially while DEBRA is working. Terrible customer service , none of our food was made correctly , Debra has been the only one to deal with us. She claimed she was general manager over the phone and then when I came to speak to her about a refund I found out she is in fact not the manager. I was refused contact with her manager and I will be making a formal complaint. Debra should not work in customer service if she hates her job so bad. Does this look like medium well steak to you? No because it’s completely RAW. I gave them a chance to replace my food and not give me a refund. However I no longer want to eat here and will not ever again. I’d love my 55$ back and the 6$ tip that was given to DEBRA thanks!

The food was good but portions are small. Jeffery our waiter was the rudest waiter I have had in a long time. He gave us lots of eye rolls. I ordered bottomless tea and he huffed and puffed just get me 2 tea bags. The experience would have been 5 stars.

Always lovely to get breakfast all day here! A nice family atmosphere and our server Phoebe took great care of us. She was polite and always showed up at just the right time :)
