Buffet is nothing what it was. No salad bar, handful of iceberg lettuce. 6 pizzas dried out. Tried to refuse refund. Nothing what it use to be

Good food

We stopped here for lunch with three adults and three kids. The hostess got our drinks but we never got a waitress. We wanted to order a pizza. Eventually we gave up and just went and ate the buffet. No one ever came to clear the plates or ask how everything is. I cleared the table and brought a stack of plates up to the front counter and the girl was very rude and said we had a waitress, she's just busy "doing her job". I think not. Never again will I go to this restaurant.

I stopped over lunch for their lunch buffet. The buffet is a good value, but there is not enough food or staff to justify stopping again. The area where the food is served is small. Half of the items were gone ( breadsticks, pasta and even pizza). As soon as they brought out a new pizza, it was gone within seconds. The hungry patrons were like vultures flying around a dying animal, waiting to devour what was brought out. The staff was overworked and did not serve drinks or refills on time.

Several years ago, after several bad experiences, we gave up on the Winona Pizza Hut. Happily, we decided to give it another try and were pleasantly surprised. Good service, great pizza, and reasonable prices. We had a hand-tossed Hawaiian Pizza, with plenty of ham, pineapple and cheese; and a thin crust meat-lover's that actually had lots of meat and just the right amount of tomato sauce. Good experience, so we'll come back again.

We eat there from work at noon hours fairly often. The food is consistently good, the lunch buffet is amazing due to the salad bar...I like the food there.

We had traveled all day and were so hungry!! We ordered and our breadsticks and wings came out so fast! They had a new kind of dipping pizza that doesn't have sauce on it, we order regular pizza but when it came out the pizza had no sauce on it. Not a huge deal she brought out the dipping sauce and took money off the bill. Our waitress was so sorry. Clean nice restaurant one of the nicer pizza huts I have been to!

My mom wanted to order Pizza Hut pizzas to serve for her 87th birthday. I ordered for her online in the morning! So easy to use and fun to custom order online!!! The pizzas were made exactly as I ordered them and were ready to pick up at the requested time. Cashier was smiling and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!
