Me and my wife's sirloin were completely 2 different sizes, mine was atleast double hers. When I pointed it out, the server tried dismissing it at first. I had to put both sirloin next to each other just for her to agree on the size difference, to which we did get a new one that was of similar size. However the whole scenario was abolutely ridiculous and would never happen in a self respecting restautant.

Based on service alone I like coming here. The wait staff are so nice :) also the River City Sauce for the wings tastes like the old Jim Beam Sauce from Green Mill, absolutely delicious

The servers were wonderful!! The adult mac and cheese was very good, really rich, took most home for later! The kids enjoyed their food, had pizza and Kraft mac n cheese. Reasonable cocktail/beer menu. The environment was cute, but pretty loud that evening to carry on a conversation (it was a busy friday night).

We went for the buffet and whoever it was who stocked the buffet reeked of Marijuana. I could smell them from across the dining room it was that bad. Halfway through we could hear people yelling from the kitchen as well. Food was rather dry and greasy. It had a funky smell to it as well. Our drinks were empty the whole time. I would've asked for a refill but the server was nowhere to be seen. This place used to be really good and we've given it many chances it just doesnt seem like it can bounce back.

Absolutely horrid, food was nasty. We could see into the kitchen and one of the cooks had what looks like the remains of a bird as a necklace. Kitchens music was loud and dirty. I would not take your kids to this place.

Server was friendly, warned us service was slow. My husband's food (boneless chicken wings) came out about 10 minutes before my chicken sandwich. I had ordered some soup which the server brought with the boneless chicken at least but my husband was done eating by the time I got my food. We felt the chicken was dry and the garlic parmesan sauce was underwhelming with lack of flavor.

Had the salad / wing / pizza bar the salads were very good. The wings and the pizza were barely warm. When I told management they did turn the heat up on the food. Had the food been hot I think it all would have been very good

Shabby. Floors were sticky from the restaurant area to the restroom. Dried food on the table. High prices. Ordered a hamburger medium rare and after a long wait it was delivered rare. Ground meat is not safe to eat rare. The waiter was pleasant and did his best, but overall dining there was a terrible experience.

They don't really have gluten-free food here and if you ask for a burger with gluten-free bun the salad will still come with croutons and the fries will be breaded into flour.
Dietary restrictions: It's not really a safe place if you have allergies

Most of the food was overcooked.
My walleye was delicious but broccoli was mushy. My daughter ordered a medium-rare ribeye, and it was served as well done, and pretty sure it was not even a ribeye...probably a sirloin thin cut. My granddaughter's pasta was also overcooked and mushy, and the marinara sauce tasted sour, old. My grandson's burger was crispy, also over cooked, but the bun was good.
The Saving Grace was the well-cooked walleye and rice, and the nice waitress.
Would not return for the food.

Visiting the Marine Museum and we happen to just see an ad about the River City Grill. The buffet was just what we were looking for our grandson said the best pizza he's had.

Enjoyed visiting this place during my stay in Winona. Service was excellent and Samantha was fast with the drinks and food! Highly recommend the burgers with the local bakery buns and onion rings. Had the cheese curds for the first time was so good and tasty.
