During my visit to Winona, this place was a daily visit for me! Always fast and friendly. I tried the Nitro Cold Brew, Peanut Butter Power, Blue Razzberry RedBull Infusion, cinnamon roll, everything bagel sandwich and the egg bites throughout my week up there for vacation. Definitely can’t wait to come back to Winona to visit this location!

Just went to scooters, I got 2 extra large strawberry horizons. The strawberry horizons come with tropical redbull, when I took a sip of my drink I could instantly taste the regular redbull, which I cannot stand. I called this location and told them they had put the wrong redbull, the lady on the phone said “we’re all out of tropical redbull, so we put the regular redbull in it.” My response was “well you guys didn’t say you were out at the window, you should’ve said something” and the lady responded with “there’s nothing we can do.” And hung up. Very unprofessional, and very rude on the phone. I go to scooters almost everyday and have never had an experience like this, very disappointed.

As a beverage girlie I really wanted to like Scooters once it came to our town but, it’s hard to like when you order a smoothie and all you get is huge chunks & cubes of ice. I thought it was going to be corrected after the commotion of being a new establishment has worn off, but my recent trek there proves me wrong.
Not sure what’s up w the blenders but never is my protein smoothie blended. It might as well be milk & peanut butter shaken over ice, it’s truly terrible. I’m not sure about else but i don’t order a blended drink to have to chew it. Before, it was just chunkier ice, like you had to chew every bite but it at least went through the straw. Now, it’s even worse. Full size ice cubes that can’t be sucked up and when i shake my cup it sounds more like an iced coffee than a peanut butter protein shake.
They also ask me every time if i want a medium or a large but the cup is always the same size no matter what i choose, so that’s odd as well. There’s only once size on the menu for the PB Protein Smoothie (which is all i get because i don’t like coffee and their fruit drinks are way too sweet) so maybe the workers are confused. Who knows. The staff is always friendly and kind tho!
I’ll stick to grabbing Scooters in Onalaska, their location is great and they blend my drink thoroughly every time!!

Small cappuccinos with double shot always taste like hot milk with a hint of espresso. It’s like they don’t want it to actually taste like coffee. Im not sure they know the difference between latte and cappuccino.

The staff is always very friendly and the service is pretty fast. My only complaint is about 50% of the time I go they’re out of what I’m trying to order It’s a bit frustrating having to always change your order. Several times I went through at least three drink orders before they were able to make my drink due to lack of product If I had any suggestion, it might be to look at how you are restocking your Supplies.

No hot regular coffee at 5pm when they don't close until 8:00 pm. Otherwise I had a hot matcha drink and it was really good.

i’m gonna be so real rn whenver i think about this store i get mad coffee tastes used and abused all day all around passed to everyone spit in or something matcha tastes like watered down water strawberry cold foam only has the smell aroma rather than the taste bud maxing and i keep trying you for the hope of a different outcome but alas im tricked to capitalism and please save your breathe don’t respond to this thank you! thank you! ps. i’m not that mad just disappointed

Employees are very nice, never had a bad experience with them. The food isn't that great though and the coffee is ok. I guess I've been spoiled on drinking coffee from mugby. The coffee here is alright but very syrupy. Their normal flavors are much better than their seasonal stuff though. The pumpkin spice my best friend and I ended up wasting, tasted like plastic. Then I got the sugar cookie one around Christmas and it just tasted like chemicals. Gave them another chance today and was far from impressed. Ordered a small caramelious and didn't even finish it, seemed too heavy with syrup. Also pretty pricey for a small coffee.

I love Scooters coffee however these past few times I have gone to this location my coffee doesn’t taste like it used to. I asked for a large and got a medium, the coffee doesn’t taste as flavorful as it should, I ask for white chocolate and got dark. I hope there will be a change because I really enjoy scooters but with these past few visits I’m not sure I want to go back.
