Very disappointed, would not recommend going to this subway. I know it’s hard to believe that you can actually mess up subway, but this one has found a way. The employees cared more about flirting with each other than making a sandwich. We’re very skimpy on the toppings. Were very messy and used my sandwich paper to wipe the knife and got mayo and mustard all over my bread.

Goddess Italian steak and cheese and toasted it must have been day old bread because the bread was horrible couldn't even do it so I know not to go there at 11:00 and 12:00 they probably use their old bread from yesterday!!

First I have to share that The staff is generally very awesome I enjoy coming to this Subway when I have the opportunity to do so. However, today's experience was not that. I drove through today and tried to order with the touch screen options by which the touch screen was not working properly. The entire right top quarter definitely needs to be recalibrated. It could be it was raining and there's moisture behind the screen but it's not the first time the screen has behaved in this manner. Once I was finally able to order using the touch screen with much difficulties. one of the staff members pages out over the intercom that I can just come in and place my order by which time I was completed with my order. Another staff member comes out and touches a few things on the screen and has no issue to my observations. But I should also state that he never touched the right top quarter of the screen. Once I did receive the sandwich I had ordered and taken it back to my grandparents who are 87 and 88 years old, and on hospice care, so that they could enjoy a sandwich. I discovered upon removing wrappings to place the sandwich on plates that there was a blonde curly hair approximately 7 in length and some of the bread was a little more damp than I would have expected so I can only assume that the hair and possibly spit was placed there on purpose. Normally I don't complain about these things but should someone feel that they need to take some sort of vengeance out on a customer trying to do something for their elderly grandparents who can't do for themselves, perhaps you should not be working in customer service. Thank you for ruining my grandparents enjoyment in life and for wasting my $14 on a sandwich.

Drove 30 minutes to this location because it was the closest location offering the BOGO 1/2 off footlongs. When we got home, we couldn’t believe the lack of meat we had when we opened up our sandwiches. How is this allowed? We spent over $20 for sandwiches alone! This is unacceptable

Staff is incredibly rude at this location and unprofessional. They were annoyed by the line of guests and the cashier swore out loud in front of my son.
