I had 1/2 rack baby back ribs and 2 piece fried chicken combo with 2 sides, coleslaw and beans. Everything was delicious. Also ordered plain bone in wings, excellent! Wife ordered 8 piece shrimp combo. She said it was good. A other person ordered chicken parmeson sandwhich and said it was okay.
Atmosphere was good and cozy. Alot of locals mixed in with out of towners. Good country bar vibes with good comfort foods. We'll worth the drive if in the Winona, MN , lacrosse wi area.

We stopped here in our way back to WI and had a good experience.
The place is clean with a cozy local bar feel. Our waitress was friendly and you could tell she enjoyed being there. The rest of the patrons seemed like they were having a good time as well.
The food is a step up from normal bar food with the way they make their chicken and the food they smoke.
We had the chicken and the smoked baby back rib sandwich and both tasty.
I would give them a try if in the area.

We stopped at this grill/bar as a result of a search for an eating facility on the internet while travelling. It's a clean little place and it appeared local patrons enjoyed it as it was around 2 p.m. and people were visiting at the bar. The waitress was pleasant and recommended a couple things off the menu. After ordering, it didn't take long for the freshly made burgers and fries to be served. The food was hot and delucious. Positive experience.
