We came as a group of 30plus, one waiter was not enough. 2 hours there. My wine didn't come until the end when he was reminded by another person it wasn't there yet. it ended up on her bill as well as mine. We were there at 10am but I ordered stir fry, the vegetables were moldy but I was not able to tell him as he didn't return to out table until he brought the bill since he was so busy with the whole group. At that point there was nothing he could do about it nor take it off my bill but said the front desk where you pay can give me a discount. they said they can't without the waiter so I just paid for it as he was super busy with the group. Not the waiters fault, the store needs to have more than one person helping 30 people all at once and check for mold in the fridge. I did get sick. also a lot of the food was cold from everyone in the group. The bathroom had no paper towels.

They have a huge variety of breakfast options. Staff is always friendly. Some menu items are pricey but you won't find another restaurant like this one in Winona. It's a step up from Perkins if your looking for a home cooked meal in a family environment.

Food was good. We had the table cleaned off before our bill came. My daughter's Mac and cheese was cold, but we did have a large group of 11 people.
Come as a group. Nice that they can handle us. Waitress is very busy. Food was not very warm for several of us. You have to eat it quickly unless you like cold food. Coffee is good and hot. Not sure how to solve problem. They made some menu changes recently. They look good.

Sewer was plugged when we were there. The should have closed because test rooms were not operable. I ordered the Tuesday chicken dinner special. The salad was old lettuce that was brown. Dressing was supposed to be blue cheese but very vinegary. The meal was swamped in gravy. Not very good gravy either. We will not be going back there.

The plumbing was plugged up when we were there. Water was backing up onto the floor in the kitchen and restrooms. Place should have been closed. I'm sure if the health inspector had been there it would have been closed.

Brought us burnt toast . When we asked the waiter about it he just said is it to burnt for you . Lol. Took it and never Brought new toast out . Ordered 2 crepes they charged for a whole crepes breakfast meal . And argued when we questioned why we were charged like that and said that's how it is ..the eggs were under cooked the sausage tasted rotten. Didn't even eat that . The waiter never came to check on us . We got up to leave before we got the check .because we were done with it all . Go to pay the bill they wanted 45 dollars. Told them it was awful and didn't eat it . They threatened to call the police and took our license number. After 10 15 minutes of arguing they took the eggs meal off bill . Paid 31 dollars and left . Never going there again . This was only the 3rd time there with similar issues before thought we'd try again but was again not impressed.
