Got food poisoning from undercooked steak

Entering the store i noticed multiple dirty tables. It was not busy by any means when I was here. I was the only person in line and 2 tables in the store were occupied. I could see behind the food counter there was garbage and food on the floor. The boards on the food counter were dirty and had food debris all the way down the line. There were sauce spills on it as well. I had not been greeted upon entering the store there had been someone at the register at that time, but they walked away as I was close to the counter. A different employee came out from the back and rolled their eyes as they approached me to start my order. This male employee had a very rude tone when he was taking my order. Like I was an inconvenience to him. When it was time to add veggies to my sandwich it was a mess! Literally he was adding more than what is necessary, I even had asked him to remove some of the lettuce and spinach from my sandwich. He gave me a very loud sigh as he removed it. He added WAY to much sauce to my sandwich. When he was closing my sandwich, meat,veggies and sauce were spilling out of the cut. Over half of my sandwich toppings were no longer on my sandwich at this point. The employee wrapped my sandwich to go and transaction was completed. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich, all the toppings and sauce that had spilled out when he was closing my sandwich had been wrapped up with my sandwich. So now I had sauce all over the outside of my sandwich and it was soggy.

Understaffed, took half an hour to get our sandwiches and there were only 5 people in front of us. And they put like no meat on our subs and very little cheese. The spinach was super wilted.

I frequently walk in with no other customers in the store and I stand at the counter for up to 15 minutes cooling my heels and being ignored while they work on sandwiches from online orders. It seems to me they really don't care about a customer standing right in front of them.

Used to love it! They lost and sandwich tech.. he made nice clean subs. The new guy.. asked to many irrelevant questions.. and does not care about the final product.. sloppy,burnt bacon.. its bacon.. don't burn it. . Go to Glencoe subway...

Make sure if you order online to check your bag before driving away they get your order wrong EVERY TIME, won't order here any more ill go to glenns and get a sandwich.

I ordered online from this subway on 10/24, 2023 around 530pm and asked for lots of sauce in the sub. Usually even when i ask at other subways, i get very little even when asked for more. Well, this employee understood the assignment and SAUCED IT UP! im a very saucy sub kinda person ? and she did not disappoint in this! Just wanted to share praise her way! Thanks! I probabaly wont be going to any other subways around here but that one! ??

Thursday, October, 26. 4:40pm, My husband went up to get us dinner, he got his sub, and when he went to order my 6in. Meatball sub, they said they were out of meatballs. I have been under the weather for 2 weeks & just wanted a hot sandwich. Disappointed.
