Great staff and atmosphere but the food is pricy for what you get. You think by looking at the pictures that you are getting normal sized chicken pieces. Nope, half the size of what you get everywhere else. Oh well. The chips and salsa are the best though.

Why is the food so bad??? Chilis - please step it up. The mozzarella sticks were the only decent food. Chicken crispers.. literally felt like I was eating rubber. Mac and cheese.. horrible. Fries..really bad, soggy, cold, too salty. It’s just not that hard to serve decent bar food? Why is the food so bad!!!!

A busy Friday night, we had a wonderful waitress who was quick to refill our sodas and check on our order twice.

This review is explicitly regarding the guy bartender working in the bar on Friday November 21 2025 at 8:40pm
The guy has no right to be working in hospitality. He didn’t even acknowledge us when we sat down at the bar for dinner. We gave up and ended up going back to the restaurant side to wait for a table vs waiting for him to even muster up a ‘hello’.
A large group of younger guys sitting next to us even called him out on his rudeness after he threw the menus at them and giving them attitude when they didn’t know what they wanted to order.
Upon returning to the restaurant side. Staff working the check in area also told us they know the bartender has a rotten attitude and actually asked us how he treated us. That’s a bit shocking when your own coworkers team up against you and complain to the customer how awful their coworker is.
This place is obviously understaffed but treating paying customers the way he does - he shouldn’t be working this type of job.
If I come back and see this guy working again. I will walk out the door and go elsewhere.

They spent 5 minutes asking me what type of chicken I wanted on my salad and forgot the chicken anyways. I won't be back for awhile now. It's not often I go out but things like this really get annoyed especially since you have to pay for extra. Oh and bought 2 appetizer platters and I had to cut open all the egg rolls so they were sharable... Come on Chili's do better.

Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve had in recent memory. The triple dipper is no joke, plentiful chips and salsa as well. Server was great, attentive. Food was fast, delicious, and large portion.
