Been here many times but yesterday was very unhappy with different meals, ordered shrimp alfredo pasta - got chicken- flavorless, kids chicken strips - hard overcooked. Chicken ranch quesadilla cheese was dried up to tortilla and hard and very limited cheese & chicken - overcooked. Service was good

Told order would be ready between a certain timeframe and it was ready WAY before that. Hence food was cold. Chicken crispers had no coating on them. It was just a horrible experience. This location used to be stellar. The last couple of orders not so good.

Both my husband and I had the ribs. French fries and mashed potatoes were hot. Ribs were cold. Told the waitress and she didn't even offer to get it fixed. Pretty sad.

Loud on the weekends but fast and quality food. Highly recommend the Nashville tenders and the Nashville fried chicken.

NOW YOU MUST TIP THEM???? what do they tip for when it's a pickup order???? When you have to get out of the car and pick it up yourself, it's ridiculous that the tip is included!!! The food is not delicious, and it is very underwhelming and disappointing. Also, the notification system to know when the food is ready is very delayed. Will never order again
