Went here because all of our usual spots were way too busy, and we just wanted a quick meal. We had never been to a Chili’s but I was hoping it would be at least as good as Applebee’s.
Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I ordered about as simple of a meal as possible because I figured it would be hard to be disappointed. If I am paying $18.95 for 6 chicken strips, they should absolutely be hand battered fresh fried chicken strips, as advertised. Unfortunately what I was served was an ultra bland very tough/chewy order of chicken strips. I mean, these things were tough like jerky. I can almost guarantee they were prepared in a microwave, along with the fries that were cold. I’d compare the fries to what I assume eating strips of a cardboard box tastes/feels like. The BBQ sauce they served them with was that nasty overly sweet Kraft BBQ sauce.
The food was absolutely appalling. On the bright side, we laughed all the way home because we had our expectations set about as low as possible, and still Chili’s found a way to disappoint us more than we could have imagined.
That being said, the staff were all friendly and pleasant.
I’ll be honest, Kwik Trip across the interstate has better food.
Lastly, a great spot for those on a diet, you won’t feel like finishing your meal!
To go order received 2 salads which neither included any salad dressing. Last trip they did not include food items that were ordered. Word of warning if you order to go check every detail of your order before you leave otherwise you may be disappointed

I had a fabulous time!!! Leah did such a great job bartending!! Don and jamie both stopped by and said hello and chatted with us. It felt like i was a part of the chilis family. I will be a new regular at the Woodbury location

Delicious food! We even gave special orders for the fajitas that my husband ordered. They came out of the kitchen and double checked with him. They prepared them perfectly!! Also, absolutely WONDERFUL service!! I highly recommend!!!!

We LOVE Chilis and this trip did not disappoint! We had a FABULOUS waitress who was very busy with several tables, but stayed attentive and brought us an order of chips and salsa to go since ours didn't have much left! Our food was excellent and I would definitely recommend this Chilis location!! Yummy!
