Jeez! just do your job and maybe! Just maybe if your customer service is amazing! We’ll tip you without asking. Now I see why they have a 3.something stars. 1/10 I don’t recommend this location!

I chose this caribou (there are several nearby) because when I order the cooler, it actually still has ice. I usually order with an extra shot of espresso, and I can actually tell - whereas other locations seem watered down and not so strong. Staff has always been kind and friendly.

I love Caribou, my boyfriend and I are loyal customers, but they KEEP doing this. After removing all the ice in the caramel high rise coffee—which we asked for no ice, but ultimately had to do it ourselves—this is what was left. This has happened multiple times when we ask for no ice, almost like corporate doesn’t allow their workers to remove the ice to sell us the idea that we are getting a decent drink, but we clearly aren’t. Look at the matcha as well. I understand matcha is supposed to have foam, but there is literally a quarter of a cup gone and if you remove all the ice, you are left with not even half of the cup of actual matcha. For the price and what we’re actually getting from Caribou now is not worth it. Don’t think this is acceptable.

When I ordered my lumberjack sandwich, I asked for it to be sliced. The cashier said what do you mean and I said please cut it in half and she said we cannot modify sandwiches in anyway. And I said why can’t you cut it and she said I don’t know. Well I’ve received it cut in the past so that was surprising to me. I had to ask for a plastic knife so I could cut it in half myself. Why is this a policy?
I very much appreciate how polite, friendly and helpful the staff at this location are.

Terrible experience this morning with server Gabriella W. I ordered a set of coffee and sandwich as usual. Very rude server Gabriella who didn’t want to take my order said that they don’t have it on the menu, although it is in Caribou App and as it turned out it was the menu!!! Not only she didn’t apologize for her mistake and lack of knowledge of restaurant menu, she was very rude and unpleasant this whole time!!! In the end she slammed the window so hard and did not even say have a nice day or anything like that! Real disgust after meeting such staff who absolutely don’t want to work and so careless and disrespectful to their guests. I still have the receipt, it was today around 9:05 am, server Gabriella W.
The slowest caribou in the twin cities. If I want to get coffee from here I make sure I give myself an extra 30mins because even with no line you will be waiting twice the amount of time you would at a different location.
