India Masala is my favorite restaurant in the twin cities metro. They are able to make accommodations to ensure that we have a gluten free experience (we have two family members with celiac disease). The saag, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and aloo tikki chaat are our go to options. The chaat has to be pan fried versus in a shared fryer to be gluten free and they can only make it when they are not busy (we totally get that and are ok either way).They can get very busy so...read full review
This is my absolute favorite Indian "hole in the wall" restaurant. The Naan, the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to try everything on their extensive menu. I'll be coming here with friends!

I traveled 30 miles for a special Parotta feast and they didn't disappoint me and made me to feel it is a worth it. Authentic style Parotta and Salna and other dishes. I like the ambiance very much. I strongly recommend it. The price is very reasonable.
