Usually good experience unless its packed. It gets a little confusing then. The smaller cookies are better to me because they tend to be a little more on the done side. If you enjoy slightly under cooked cookies you'd like the bigger size. They are pricy though so I only go once in a while.
Love the wide variety of cookies they offer. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. Staff is always friendly. I appreciate that you can order ahead or just walk in. I also think it's helpful that they're open later into the evening to offer a fun evening dessert or goodies for a last minute get together. Really good things come in a pink box!
This is the BEST Crumbl we have ever been to (and we’ve been to a LOT over many different states)! The staff was so incredibly friendly and kind. They truly seemed happy even when interacting with one another. Also, the cookies were fantastic!! But I had to come write the review to rave about the staff to someone other than just my husband. 😉
