These guys should stop the kitchen , when they can’t keep up with orders . I placed order 30 minutes in advance and got confirmation that my order is ready , when I went there there is a rude lady at counter stating my food is not ready , still waiting , 45 minutes and counting . Cherry on the top is they said half my order ingredients are not available . This is the final time I am ordering from here . If you want worst customer service and mediocre food , come here , otherwise please avoid this place

I discovered their carry out lunch about a month ago and have been coming every 1-2 weeks because it’s that good (and bring one home for my wife to enjoy). However, I was disappointed to discover that they shrunk their carry out container size quite considerably. Including a side by side picture of the previous container size and the one I just got yesterday. Cuts into the value of the lunch meal considerably.

Update : management from the cafe called. He apologized and said he will have someone deliver the food and he will refund this time. Told him we are past dinner time. I told him if the original person who spoke said we are sorry followed up with how can we make it right especially if the customer has no history of complain or demand, it would have settled the matter immediately.
Uber did refund me. I did lose the food. I am going to give update my star from 1 to 3 for the effort by Fresh India .

Been a customer for 6+ years. With new owners, communication and packing is abysmal.
Bought daal as I was sick. Been telling them to improve packing since last year. When I came home, the daal fell all over my floor from garage to home . Returned to check car , leak all over and ruined my new white gloves. I called them. He insists he packed properly and refused to refund. I have never called them back for an issue despite my past complains to them. The whole pack was wet. Lost all the food to the floor.
They are reckless and refused to accept their fault nor to compensate.

Very helpful for my 1st time eating Indian food. Very tasty, quick, and not to expensive.

Was here for the 1st time and came into the eatery and grocery store with great service and food. Best place to eat and shop. Highly recommended to come here.

They serve yesterday’s food & the girl who works there doesn’t wear gloves when she serves food. She touched my chapati with her hands. Grow up people.Be careful. You might have food poison.

Had set dosa and Vadacurry. The vadacurry was amazing, but the set dosa was absolutely terrible. Not spongy and half of it was undercooked and the remaining was not spongy at all. Complained to the staff and got a replacement, but that was just thick and not spongy at all. The counter staff was very courteous though.
2 stars only for Vadacurry, but couldn’t eat that without a proper main dish.

Super friendly staff and excellent food. Went in today for some chat and tiffin coz of the weather, Tikki chat and paneer pakora were amazing! Especially paneer pakora was so fresh, soft and tasty! Ghee roast dosa was pretty good. Sugar cane juice for some reason somewhat above average. Overall very pleasant experience!
