Hope Breakfast Bar offers a great experience with food and service. The chicken fried steak and steak sandwich were both so good. The matcha latte was excellent. The Salted Caramel Latte and Banana Bread Latte were yummy. The food is 11/10, perfection, and on point, with meat not overcooked. The pancakes were so good. Service can be fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who provide stellar service, insight, and great suggestions. The restaurant can be busy, with a potential wait, and it can be a bit loud. Service was a little slow during a weekday lunch, but it does not deter return visits. The location is not romantic, with a drive-thru next to the patio. The kitchen staff are in a class of their own. Overall, the food is great, and the service is good.
