the lady who made my McFlurry just squeezed the green syrup in & put a black spoon in and called it a day. All the syrup was concentrated on top . I can tell she did not even bother blending it by the black spoon she gave me instead of the thick McFlurry spoon that is used to make them. She not only made me a mouthwash “McFlurry “ but also seemed annoyed by costumers. Not expecting a 5star service but jeez the service was terrible on March 23 around 6-7.

Waited 20 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for standard breakfast items. No one said hello. No one apologized. Everyone seemed like zombies. And of course, my food was not hot. Never coming back.

They were RUDE! I placed an order in the drive thru. My order was entered incorrectly and I was told that they wouldn't correct it. I needed to go back through the line to correct it. No manager. Just closed the window in my face. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate.

When I went to the counter to pick up my order, which included a large fry, I was disheartened to find that it hadn't been included despite my explicit request. The wait to rectify the situation felt interminable, exacerbated by the fact that there were only two people working, resulting in a prolonged delay. The overall experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I couldn't help but notice the lack of professionalism in the establishment. Additionally, I couldn't shake the concern that the young employees, who appeared to lack adequate social skills, might benefit from further development before being entrusted with customer-facing roles. Therefore, it seems prudent for such individuals to undergo additional training or perhaps pursue alternative employment opportunities until they acquire the necessary interpersonal aptitude for the job.

The Quarter Pounder with cheese is my go to burger. Very flavorful and a good eating experience.The Big Mac used to be my favorite for years. But then, these past few years I feel the patties have gotten paper thin. Now McDonald's is releasing a double Big Mac. Why? Just add full burger patties--not a fan.Otherwise, they are consistent with a good quality product.Enjoy!
