McDonald's is a well-maintained restaurant with clean and tidy service. The staff is generally friendly, and the service is fast. The Quarter Pounder with cheese is a popular choice, but some customers have noticed a decline in the quality of the Big Mac's patties over the years. The restaurant is kid-friendly, and it was a favorite of some customers growing up. The staff is kind and thoughtful, and the restaurant is clean. However, there may be occasional lapses, such as the presence of an old birthday cake on a table and foreign objects in a sandwich. The customer service is above and beyond, with the staff going the extra mile to help customers, such as looking for a specific item for a customer.
