The food was fresh, well cooked, speedy, and delicious! However, what stood out most was the friendly service of the staff members, especially the one taking orders!. She was super sweet welcoming, patient, and offered recommendations with the newer menu items.

We have not visited the local Noodles and Company for a while. The pasta options are all edible, if you hold the parmeasan sprinkled about.
But the Japanese noodle bowl was stellar. They also gave me some tofu for protein. It was extra firm. Sauce was great. I would have liked about twice as much broccoli, onions, mushrooms. The noodles and sauce was great. Thanks.

Stop today with a very large party and everything was amazing. We ordered a lot of food and everything came out quickly and as we ordered it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean very bright. The bathrooms are also very clean. This location is quite good in a highly recommend it.

I ordered online and had edited the order to have a few substitutions due to allergies. When I arrived and my dish was made with the incorrect sauce I asked for it to be remade correctly, and the guy working the counter told me they couldn’t do any subs because his employees couldn’t understand English so he’d have to go back and make the pasta himself. I wish I would’ve caught his name because quite frankly that is a disgusting way to speak about coworkers and to a customer. Ultimately got my pasta made correctly have haven’t had a problem at this location since, but felt compelled to write a review as this was the wildest excuse I’ve ever heard for not fixing a mistake.

I understand economics, I understand inflation. What I don’t understand is paying almost $20 for a Microwaved TV Dinner, a pre packaged cookie and a fountain drink. If you are going to charge significantly more for a product that has gotten worse you need to add something to it. I don’t want to take anything from the individuals service. They were great. However, to ask for this price with the same level of service I can get a cheaper establishment is disappointing. I haven’t been to this chain in a long time. I’m sad to say it will be a long time till I return.
Wow I haven't been to noodles for 5 years and all I have to say is the quality went way down. First the containers look like I picked food up from the gas station hot and ready station.Then I tried the Mac and cheese and ugh I'm assuming they changed it to a cheap quality not real cheese because it was nasty. Couldn't eat it. My husband chugged thru his chicken Parm but he said it was bad. The chicken was super salty.I wouldn't recommend going to Noodles to anyone until they improve their quality.It's basically a Mac Donalds for pasta now.

I came in today to get a Wisconsin mac and cheese. Great customer service, workers were very friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. But I get home and start eating my mac and cheese and find several hairs in it as if someone pulled out their hair and put it in the food. Very gross. Could not finish meal to grossed out.

I ordered reg mac and cheese. Got home, took off the cover, and the food smelled like old cheese. I took a couple bites but couldn’t eat anymore because that’s how strong the odor was. Never had this happen before so the cheese has to be expired. Gross! Never again.
