Best staff ever! First visit today and it was so easy to pick what we wanted, plus the girls were so helpful too! Love them I’ll be back !

Nutrition Cave offers a great environment to hang out and visit. The shop is super cute, and the staff truly care for their customers in wanting to help them with nutrition and health goals. The servicers feel like friends you've never met, taking time to explain the menu and what the shakes taste like. Each visit, they take a moment to find out how you are feeling and suggest something from the menu that could help. The protein shakes are made to perfection and taste amazing, even for someone who rarely has protein powder. The mega tea and other teas are great, and really helped muscles after running a chainsaw all day. Dietary restrictions: Let them know. Kid-friendliness: Yes, they were extremely patient and suggested kid-friendly options the boys loved. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
