Extremely rude staff! I’ve been going to this location for years,NEVER Agin!! I politely asked to have bowl remade because it was like water and bananas were crunchy. The guy who was working just gave me attitude,took my bowl and never remade it for me?? I finally just asked for my money back and I have to wait seven days for it to be put back on my card! Also the music was so loud in there,you almost had to yell to hear each other.
Visited here from Oregon and this is by far the worst Jamba I have ever been to. They were out of several Ingredients so I went with an orange dream machine with extra orange sherbet to make it thicker. My smoothie was even thinner than a regular one with no extra added to it. To top it off, two of the three employees working were wearing sweat pants with their long hair all in their faces.

Jamba is a restaurant that strives to provide excellent service, but some areas need improvement. The restaurant is unfortunately plagued by a malfunctioning air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable for customers. On the positive side, the older staff is great, and the ambience is bright in color with shades of yellow and oranges. Customers often enjoy the blended matches and mango smoothies, which are highly recommended. The service is generally good, with friendly and patient staff who often know customers' names and prepare orders quickly, especially during weekdays. However, some newer staff members require more training, especially on measuring whey correctly, as this has led to incorrect orders. One employee has also struggled to make a thick Peanut Butter moo'd drink, causing some disappointment. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and overall good food experience.
