3rd time they " just forgot " to make my drink even though I'm standing g there for 20 minutes.

The young kids need to get fired.

Ordered online like I do every morning at 7:04. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t done. Waited until 7:22 and it still wasn’t done. There were only two girls working which in the past, the online ordering system has been disabled when not enough were there to accommodate. The two girls were talking amongst themselves and in no rush for making the drinks. I went up at 7:25 as I saw that they were making someone else’s drink and still not mine and asked if they could cancel the order because I was now late and still didn’t have my drinks and she said no. We left.

Between the person taking the order and the person making the drinks. My entire order of 4 drinks was wrong. Ordered a large latte w/ coconut milk - received a medium. Ordered a second medium latte w/ coconut milk - received a medium latte with oat milk. Ordered 2 hot chocolates w oat milk - received… I am not even sure. They both tasted like pumpkin spice. Asked the barista if they were correct, oat milk hot chocolates and she assured me they were. Kids HATED them, so we asked her to remake them and received the correct drink. What a mess.

Stopped in with offer for a free grande drink just now. And was told by the employee the won't do that. The offer was from starbucks. Tried to show he just laughed. Would not even give me a manager name or card. Now he is laughimg with the other two employees and pointing at me. Never shopping there again.

We ordered ahead and our drinks were ready on time and were made to the quality Starbucks standard. It's conveniently located in a grocery store, which many of those locations don't have seating, but this one had abundant seating including a second level and bathroom access. It was the perfect place to warm up and dry out after a soccer game in the rain.

Parking: Basic parking lot. It wasn't difficult finding a parking spot. It's in a grocery store, so there were plenty of options

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly location. They had booster seats and high chairs available as well

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible parking available. No steps to get into the building. If you wanted to go to the second level and bathroom, there was an elevator.

It doesn’t how much they remodel, if the sport fields weren’t across the street they wouldn’t have needed to expand. They need managers, you can’t have 4 people working behind the counter, laughing, chit chatting & taking for ever to make a drink, warm up the food etc. it’s probably the first job for many of them& I don’t blame them but someone needs to teach them to be good employees especially on the weekends. I only go to Jerry’s Starbucks if I’m lazy & don’t want to drive to the other ones but it’s becoming less & less. If your going to pay that much for coffee then you expect it to be good! Jerry’s you run a nice grocery store, hot food, deli & bakery, it’s nice to have a good drink to good with.

Made my order wrong and didn’t realize while one of the hot lattes got cold. Took 10 minutes to remake the OSE latte and somewhere made the most bitter shaken espresso I’ve ever had. The warming oven was broken. Staff were drinking their own beverages behind the counter. Just a disaster. Disappointing because I usually like this location.

I just ordered an americano here and watched the guy fill my cup from the air pot which has the drip coffee. It's old drip coffee as well. I won't be going back to this store. Please learn what an americano is. If I wanted drip coffee, I would have ordered drip coffee.

So slow, took over 20 minutes to finish my drink. I've been to in store locations with 1 employee that were much faster. Needs improvement

Brand new Starbucks in a brand new tiny building. All good but the space is very small. I've seen folks asking to join a table during a moderately busy hour. Not a good choice if you enjoy having the slightest privacy in your conversation. I'd rather go across the street to the one inside Kowalski's.

Always enjoy my drinks from here but they don’t have all the frills of a stand-alone Starbucks. However, get ready to wait quite some time for your beverage on the weekend before 12PM, even if you order ahead.
