My flat white was amazing. But my husband ordered a very berry hibiscus. 90% ice, in a venti. Maybe more. 4 sips and it was gone. Biggest waste of $5. Very disappointed.

My wife and I are regular Starbucks drinkers, and this location has got to be the worst, and I mean WORST customer service location I have ever been to. While waiting in line(went inside) I continue to wait and hear people in front of me receiving incorrect orders.
