This place is awesome. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and they have tons of options. Highly recommend this place if you love good FRO YO!

Showed up at 9:48 pm after a 40 minute drive to find the place closed while it clearly closes at 10.

We had to wait about 10 mins for someone to help us. The worker was very rude. Then there was only 5 yogurts to choose from. Most of the toppings were empty. We will never go back.

Since becoming Froyo they don’t have as many flavors and rarely change what they do have. Not as good as when it was truly Yogurt Lab.

Used to be more of a regular when it was still Yogurt Lab. I love that they charge by cup and not weight and consistently have the same toppings. There’s a subtle retro feel to the seating that makes it feel brighter. The flavors they do have are quite tasty! I enjoy packing on toppings to get the most from my money.
Complaints are that the amount of flavors has reduced quite a bit. Decorations were not replaced during rebranding (yet), so it feels emptier than usual. Lastly, while I haven’t personally been affected by this place to rate it poorly. I would like to echo reviews highlighting the unenthusiastic employees.

No longer yogurt lab, now froyo factory. I just didn’t feel like I got any sort of value for my kids. $14 for two small cups. 11 froyo’s on tap and a limited selection of available toppings. Maybe it’s because we came at 7pm on a Sunday during a heatwave. Both kids thought it was delicious though.

After not coming here for ages, I decided froyo would be delicious on a hot evening. This place has never let me down until today. Paid for a cup and in the time it took me to walk from the payment counter to the froyo they went from 6 flavor signs down to 3!!! And I can see the cause - disgusting teens eating directly out of the machine and people letting their kids pour the froyo into the grates to play in it. If I would have known I only had 3 choices and that the toppings were obliterated I would have left and gone somewhere else.
I’ve been to this location before, and it has been decent but my experience today was by far the worst I’ve seen at any froyo place. We got here at about 8pm, it wasn’t crazy busy but there was lots of teenagers and children. These kids absolutely DESTROYED the entire area. They were eating their yogurt, then going back up and getting more towering on top. Heaping the little bit of toppings that were even left onto it. There was even a child playing in the spill trays, eating the ice cream that had dropped with his hands. Not to mention, they had only 3 flavors that were operating, all others had been run dry. So all said and done I paid $7 for a half a cup of yogurt, with barely any toppings.

No wonder this place changed names..i.e doing bad business..3 kids working there 2 on phones and 1 cleaning up, which was already a dirty eating and service space. Not a fan

Expensive, teen staff needs better training and to not have all her friends loitering and gawking at her while she works.
i like that you pay for the cup and not weight, little choices though.

Now called Fro-Yo Factory, but still the same terrible service. The employees always seem unhappy to be there. They did not acknowledge us as we entered, nor help us figure out the new set-up until I asked what to do. And they definitely did it all without a smile. Come on. I feel like this is the new nor but it makes me not want to return to these places.

Place looks really run down, didn’t even have the sign on the front of the shop so it was hard to find. Looks like they are going out of business. Very small selection and very slow coming out of the machine, maybe too cold or something idk. So much potential but really just wasting away.
