Come here often from out of state. We usually really enjoy the people and the drinks but tonight we went in at 10 minutes until close so I sort of understand but we were rudely told that they had already shut the machines down and that we could only get frappes or cold brew which was fine. We then witnessed the next customer get told no because their register had shut off so they couldn’t take her order.
Get better works ! And try to be nice to people now matter what.
And for my homie, They tried flittering with him (he has girlfriend friend) Also it’s your job to do. Be more kind and patient with people that come and order. Don’t be so mean because then they will never come back here and order. Do your business right if you want success.

Dislike the workers; they will be talking shit about your drink. It's your job to make it. C'mon now, I don't need to hear you say it's weird or gross or I got too much mocha drizzle.
I ordered a mobile order drink and waited over 20 minutes for ONE DRINK!! I waited there the entire time seeing the workers skip my order to do the ones present even though I was present the entire time.
