Dairy Queen Reviews
My husband and I went to this DQ in Wyoming, MN last night and both got blizzards. I got a snickers and my husband got the new peach cobbler. We got our blizzards and drove away. I tried a couple bites and it tasted like a plain vanilla shake. NO chunks of anything in it but a few miniscule pepper flakes of chocolate. I was pissed so I took it back. I talked to the manager and she made me a new one. Reeses peanut butter cup this time. Same thing happened. ZERO chunks of anything!!...read full review
35 minutes sitting at the drive thru window waiting on my order that I already paid for. Then they gave me a spicy cheeseburger instead of a regular cheeseburger and shorted me a fry! How, how after 35 minutes do you mess up an order? Extremely frustrating and disappointed! What a joke!
I ordered a couple deluxe burgers and opened them up when I got home to find lettuce that had gone bad and turning dark brown nearly black, both were thrown in garbage. How does this not be seen?

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a restaurant that offers a variety of treats. The blizzards are generally liked, although some customers find them not fully mixed. The fries have been criticized for being too salty. The chocolate shake is a favorite among children. The drive-thru service can be slow, but employees are described as friendly. The ice cream is a highlight, making up for some of the shortcomings.
The crew has been praised for their efforts in handling busy periods, providing accurate orders, and maintaining a friendly attitude. However, there have been instances of rude behavior from some staff members, which can negatively impact the dining experience.
Feedback from customers suggests the need for improvement in cleanliness, particularly in the men's restroom, on tables, and throughout the restaurant. Addressing these issues through training and attention to detail could enhance the overall dining experience.
