Dairy Queen Reviews
Stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes, the kids in the kitchen never even acknowledged I was there. Place was completely empty, nobody in the drive through. Fascinating.
Adding a star because it appeared to at least be clean, and the lights were on I guess.

If no one is is in the restaurant but you they will close early. The locked the doors at 9 but close at 11. Very disappointing.
We love this Dairy Queen! Apparently, so does the rest of Wyoming, because it’s always busy! 15+ people in and out in the 20 minutes we’ve been here. The young man (Brady) taking orders and making magic in a cup, did fantastic. Very professional and upbeat attitude, despite the obvious chaos of an extremely busy Wednesday evening.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a restaurant that offers a variety of treats. The blizzards are generally liked, although some customers find them not fully mixed. The fries have been criticized for being too salty. The chocolate shake is a favorite among children. The drive-thru service can be slow, but employees are described as friendly. The ice cream is a highlight, making up for some of the shortcomings.
The crew has been praised for their efforts in handling busy periods, providing accurate orders, and maintaining a friendly attitude. However, there have been instances of rude behavior from some staff members, which can negatively impact the dining experience.
Feedback from customers suggests the need for improvement in cleanliness, particularly in the men's restroom, on tables, and throughout the restaurant. Addressing these issues through training and attention to detail could enhance the overall dining experience.
