Okay so the Teriyaki is my fav! I wimped out and asked for my wasabi on the side. I love the crunchy freshness of the slaw and chow mein. The bun didn't even get soggy on my drive home. If you haven't stopped by your craycray!

I ordered 2 dawgs: Chili Dog Pie and Teriyaki. As you can see the Teriyaki is super fresh. Hot parts are hot and the cool ones are cool and crisp! I'll be back to try more!

Jarren was first hired, a few years ago, for an event that didn’t follow through, and Jarren was wonderful enough then, that I rehired him, for my wedding, last weekend.I absolutely love his gentle, sincere demeanor. Our personalities fit perfectly. His professionalism and eagerness, to be apart of my big day, was/is deeply appreciated!Thank you, Jarren and the whole Culver creek crew!

I got 4 ounces each of pulled pork and beef, I opted for just the meat instead of a sandwich. It was a generous amount and was pretty good. The meat needed salt but that could just be me, I'm one of those people always saying add salt.. The baked beans were good but they're not knocking Mom's off the top of my list. I loved the loaded potato salad! She described it as a "loaded baked potato turned into potato salad" and it was exactly that. Really tasty! The only thing I wasn't happy with was the barbecue sauce. It was very vinegary and after a couple bites, I tossed it and got a bottle of sauce from the fridge. I paid $15 for everything. It was a generous, filling serving. If I see them in Joplin again, I'll stop, but I'm bringing my own sauce.

This has quickly become one of my favorite food trucks in Joplin. The quality of the ‘cue is amazing and the portions are more than adequate to have leftovers later. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Both times I have been absolutely amazed at how delicious the food was! The potato salad is to die for!! Pulled pork sandwich, potato salad with some yummy pickles made for a great dinner tonight for my daughter and I!

One of my favorite places in the area! Great BBQ. Fast and friendly service. Owner definitely knows his stuff.
