“5 star beer with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Nate and Tiff run an incredible brewery in this small town. I have come by a few times when in the area and am always treated like family.Friday nights are always special with their special beer of the night. Live music out in the back is a special touch as well.”

“Haven’t had pho in a loooong time so we decided to try out this place today. As soon as we walked in I knew we’d found a keeper- absolutely delicious smells from the first second and it just got better and better.To start we split a pot of hot tea and each had a summer roll which was fresh and delicious. For entree I ordered a roasted pork banh mi and it was perfect, I had to force myself to save the other half to enjoy later. Boyfriend ordered the special pho (with tendon) and Vietnamese crepes. I shared some of his pho broth because just from the smell I knew it was going to be delicious (I had to stop myself after like 5 spoonfuls from his bowl lol). The crepes were so savory and tasty and the lettuce for the wraps was crisp and fresh. Just based on the fish sauce that was served with the crepes (tons of carrot!) I know for a fact that I’ll be back for a vermicelli bowl (bún). This place is so good that I’m leaving this review before we’re even done eating? Can’t wait to come back!”

“Amazing food, amazing atmosphere.My only gripe is there is a host at the door to guide you inside (availability) or waiting outside. That whole interaction felt a bit intense but i guess i didn't have to interact with that person much.All-in-all, great little spot. It's small and trendy, so expect a potential wait.”

“Well when I was a kid I got an ice cream cone here. Now it’s a very good Italian Eatery. I was recommended this place by a relative. I arrived and it was a a little slow getting my order take. But once my order was in my salad arrived pretty quickly. I’m a big bleu cheese fan. Don’t eat their bleu Cheese lol. It wasn’t very good. The food dish came out next. A steak onion and mushroom with a nice brown cream pepper sauce. Wow was it good! Once I finished the serving was really big and I had a lot left over. I received the bill and was told by the waiter, “let me know when you’re ready and I will take care of that for you.” I put my card on the table. Most restaurant usually when a waiter says he will take care of it that means comes to my table and takes my card for the bill. Well after waiting for some time…I finally said I was ready and got his attention. He said, “Sir, you have to come up here to pay.” I told him I had never been there and didn’t know. Well about 60% of the restaurant knew what was going on by then.So the food was amazing. Service was just so so. I would still recommend for the food. I wanna return just to try something else.”

“While in town for my son’s archery tournament, I found this cute little coffee shop. I enjoy trying new things, so I left my drink choice up to a couple of girls behind the counter. My only request was to include salted caramel and make it sweet. They did a fabulous job! Whatever it was, it was super yummy!I also ordered the Almond Butter Banana Crunch Toast and OMGsh was it good!! Who knew toast could be so delicious ?!? I'm positive it will be on my mind for a while. I wish I lived closer. I would definitely be a regular.”

“The owners are super nice and they have the best drinks in town! I have ordered my Chai Latte from Starbucks and it does not even compare. My husband gets a Breve and prefers Craves over any of the other places in town and it’s locally owned and run☺️Dietary restrictions: They have almond and oat milk as well for dairy intolerance.”

“My favorite burger in the world. Sized like an old school burger, perfect combination of greasy and cheesy. We go from Kansas City to roaring River to go trout fishing, and this is a must stop place both coming and going. We always grab a bag for the drive back to KC.”

“Ok so we LOVE this pizza, but oddly, the next day, reheated in the oven, it’s like 100x better leftover. And I think it’s because when we’ve eaten it fresh, the crust is pretty soggy, all of the toppings fall off and it’s not super enjoyable to fight with. BUT it is still really good pizza despite the flaws. The BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch is one of our favorites. We also get the Duder which is also phenomenal. I definitely recommend…. Just leftover. Which is weird, I know.”

“Great food and great service. We eat here quite a bit. I've been craving ceviche and I ordered the shrimp cocktail. It was made more like a ceviche shrimp gazpacho, except the shrimp were whole (+feshly cooked and cooled). The base was some kind of shrimp-spicy tomato juice-cocktail sauce-Pico blend. It would make a killer brunch bloody mary. “This little bar is a diamond in the rough. Fresh cooked everything! No pre pkg appetizers. Made to order fried portobello mushrooms, fresh cut fries, seasoned to perfection. The Little Shirley was delicious. Top notch, friendly service, too! The only downside is the throwback 1970s, "smoking inside this little place is fine" vibe. Not sure we'd go back for dine-in because of that, but pretty sure they have take out!”

“I have never been served so quickly and efficiently! Couldn't believe how fast we sat down and got our food. We were literally there 20 minutes altogether and the food was amazing! I will probably drive to Carthage from Pittsburg just to go there again!”

“I love this place! I think we got the same server the last couple times we went and he’s the best one we’ve ever had anywhere. He doesn’t speak much English (you wouldn’t know that unless you talked to him about non-food related topics) but he’s really sweet and helpful. “First time going here in a couple years. My iced latte tasted great, maybe a tab bit more syrup than I personally prefer but the flavor was good (cinnamon roll). It was creamy and didn't taste watered down like some other places. The price was comparable to the major coffee chains ($6-7 per drink) and yet the quality didn't fall behind at all, if anything it was probably slightly better than most”

“Big spacious place! Had the Royal Sea- bass and tortolini that were the special, both excellent! Good side salad with there house dressing. Cannoli had a good taste but you could tell it was pre made and refrigerated.I do recommend this place and will go back when in the area! BUT you cannot modify anything...my kids wanted one of there breakfast sandwiches she wanted the mild sausage not spicy...she is 3 and it's NOT allowed....she doesn't like maple says it's yucky even at home. Can't add extra icing to a cinnamon roll. NOT really kid friendly when it comes to the menu since you can't modify.Vegetarian options: Oatmilk....”
