HTeaO is a popular destination for tea lovers, offering a wide selection of flavors and customizable drinks. The staff is consistently described as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, creating a welcoming environment for both new and returning customers. Visitors appreciate the tasting bar, which allows for sampling before making a choice, and the clean atmosphere adds to the overall positive experience. Many reviews highlight the delicious Marfa morning (iced) and almond tea as favorites. The large sizes and happy hour promotions are also well-received. However, some customers have expressed disappointment regarding specific orders, such as the unsweet chai, indicating a need for more consistency in fulfilling requests.
