Well, it used to be good fast food. The staff was always friendly. And they used to speak English fluently. Keywords: Used to. All of the Americans are gone and now everybody on staff is Indian or from Bangladesh, maybe even Sri Lanka. Call me a racist, I just don't want to have to repeat my order over and over. Twice on average since the staffing change.The food quality has gone down, as well, in the same time frame.I love DQ, but I'd avoid this one now. Bring back the native English speakers and people who actually cared about their jobs.

My fiancé and I went through the drive through. We got home and he opened his ice cream he had gotten… his had a hair in it!!! None of the employees had hair nets! We also had gotten one for our daughter thank god I checked it before giving it to her!!! Really gross!!!

Just awful. Ordered on the app and it took 25 minutes for them to get my food. And when I was helped none of the Indian workers spoke a lick of English. Eventually I got my food and the fries were cold to the touch. Went up to ask for new ones and was given an attitude.This location in particular is very old and dilapidated, the only new item was the coke dispenser and even that was dirty. Peeling wallpaper, worn tables and chairs as well as flooring and ceiling tiles were just a few to name. Only thing good about my visit was the ice cream. Definitely will not be returning for lunch in the near future

I was severed SEVERAL pieces of moldy bread, which my toddler ate before I noticed. After reading reviews it seems selling moldy bread is a common practice.

Got ice cream cake for birthday party. Staff was very accommodating. Lobby closes at 9pm but drive through is still open later.
Almost fell in the parking lot, 5 inches of snow and ice, they did no snow removal and didn’t put down salt. Just terrible.

I went through the drive-thru Tuesday, January 30th 2024. I bought ice cream for my family of 5. There was 3 men working that I saw and my order was fast and accurate and everything was delicious. The man taking my order was polite as well. Great job!

Worst place to eat, there is mold, they serve either over cooked burgers or under cooked burgers, moldy buns! Sometimes they don't even use gloves! They yell at customers because they can't speak English! Barely wear hats! Have found hair in the food! They serve expired food products! They did not care for American employees..... this place needs to be shut down!
