Went on a Sunday after church. Walked in and there were 5 people working. Nobody came to the counter to ask us for our order or even to say "We will be right with you" for approximately 5 minutes. Ordered our food and the people behind us experienced the same. There was no ice because "the machine does not keep the ice frozen" never offered ice from the machine behind the counter. Just awful. Ordered on the app and it took 25 minutes for them to get my food. And when I was helped none of the Indian workers spoke a lick of English. Eventually I got my food and the fries were cold to the touch. Went up to ask for new ones and was given an attitude.This location in particular is very old and dilapidated, the only new item was the coke dispenser and even that was dirty. I went through the drive-thru Tuesday, January 30th 2024. I bought ice cream for my family of 5. There was 3 men working that I saw and my order was fast and accurate and everything was delicious. The man taking my order was polite as well. Great job!
