Makes complete sense that this shop has such horrible ratings. Did not expect much considering the lack of service. We placed an order for dinner at 1800 (through Papa John’s website) with an expected delivery of 1900. Around 1840, a “door dash” driver calls and claims “the road is closed, YOU need to send me an alternate route to your house”. Befuddled since there is no closed route to our house. Well. I ordered a Mushroom and Pepperoni pizza and definitely didn't get mushrooms. and there wasn't any toppings on 2 slices. Not happy.
TERRIBLE service!!! I waited an hour and a half for my pizza. Then it shows up COLD!!! And it did not contain the garlic sauce that comes with every pizza! I tried to reach the Arnold store with no answer for 10 minutes. Called the imperial store and someone answered in 2 minutes but he could only tell me that the pizzas did in fact still come with the garlic sauce.
