fast food usually tastes like regret and disappointment but not today(1-21) the person who handled my order did a great job and wanted him to know how grateful I am for his attentiveness. food was outstanding and would recommend 10/10
It’s been years since I’ve been to a Rally’s. I was full of questions, but the young lady working the drive-through was a pleasure. Her descriptions of the food was superb. it’s not every day you go to a fast food restaurant and do a review because of the great service. thank you.
Very poor customer service.
I just left that location. I was there picking up a GrubHub order. They absolutely insisted that I go through the online side, even though it was not busy. I told them that I did not want to and they insisted that I do it anyway. When I pulled up to the window, the woman handing me the food made very little effort to get it outside the window as I stretched my guts out trying to reach across the passenger seat to grab the food.
