Ordering from a kiosk is a terrible idea!! Awful to stand in line to order from a not so user-friendly machine, and then it asks you if you'd like to add a tip? For what? Tips are for service! I didn't receive any of that!

Stopped in here for the first time. I never knew there were SO MANY ways to make a hot dog! The employees were welcoming and friendly. It has a few tables to sit and eat, which we did, but several took their orders to go. It's a unique place to go. We will be back to try more hot dogs!

Food was horrible greasy,cold service is none you order food from kiosk they call your name and you go pick up and to get your soda you have to have a ticket stub to scan then you have to clean your table so this steak n shake is a workaraunt I will not return to this steak n shake I cannot express how horrible the Chilli mac was ordered xtra meat and sauce and got extra grease no meat and had to go ask for sauce
No menus. Kiosk ordering. Called to the counter for my food. Served myself drinks. Food served in plastic baskets with paper. No wait or bus staff. Bussed my own table. NOT the Steak and Shake I grew up with. Staff all have bad attitudes, no greetings or smiles. What happened to "Not fast food, real food fast" and "Served on real china" It was what set them apart from everybody else! Very disappointing.. also had a Strawberry shake with some kind of fake strawberry flavor and no actually strawberries in it. Extra disappointment. ?

The food was good, the self-serve kiosk is awful. What happened to all the services, no condiments on the table. You have to serve yourself then the kiosk asks if you want to tip. It's a shame 1 person works the entire front of the restaurant. She was super nice but the new set up is ridiculous.

My food was really good. I don't eat at Steak'n Shake often. I am pretty sure it has been years since I have been. The onion rings were super crispy and fresh. I truly enjoyed them. The burger was flavorful and juicy. I also appreciated the price point on my combo. The service was quick and easy.
