Twisted Tavern STL Reviews
I ordered a strawberry salad and the very worst mixed greens ( which I like) but loaded with oil only 1 strawberry, a few almonds, very little feta cheese. A $14 bad salad and I will never come back
What a great experience! Everything was perfect! Our server Gracie was wonderful! We will definitely be going back!

Twisted Tavern STL offers good food at a fair price, with some unique twists. The Wakey Wakey smash burger is a must-try, served with tavern fries and a side Caesar salad. The King Salmon is another standout dish, along with the spinach dip and chef salad. The ambience is enjoyable, perfect for a birthday dinner or any special occasion. The service is attentive, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Recent reviews highlight exceptional service, with servers who are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food consistently receives praise, including the lobster sandwich, steak sandwich, and bacon wrapped shrimp. The burger is especially enjoyed, with options for sides beyond just fries, and the smoky asparagus is recommended as a side. Desserts from Cakehouse Designs are popular, with one reviewer mentioning a pumpkin cream cake that was devoured. While the Wagyu steak may not have been a hit, the overall quality of the food makes it a worthwhile visit. The restaurant can get busy, so be prepared for a short wait during peak hours. Wheelchair accessibility is not an issue, making it a welcoming spot for all diners. However, some reviews mention that the men's bathroom needs improvement, as it was found to be dirty and difficult to find, which slightly affected the overall experience.
