Words cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed our visit to Mama Locas! The building and art work alone are amazing. We were greeted the second we walked in and the staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was AMAZING! The tacos were filled to the brim with meat and hot and fresh, the sides were generous and tasty. And Mama Loca herself was working and visiting with the customers. We will definitely be back!

Mama Loca's Cafe and Cantina is a social place with great food and a very welcoming warm vibe. The owners, Marc and Dolores, are very kind, gracious hosts who are always friendly and willing to lend a friendly hand. The food is excellent, with amazing nachos, great burgers (10 out of 10), and excellent pizza. The servers are friendly and fast, and Amanda is a fabulous waitress. The historical location is unique, and the atmosphere makes it feel like coming back home to mom's house for a warm meal. It is a must-see stop, taking you back to a time where honesty meant the most. The restaurant does so much for the Ash Grove community, hosting special events and off-the-menu specials. People travel from around the region and state to share space with the locals, enjoying delicious food, drinks, desserts, and stories.
